Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register an Account and use the gambling services on the Website. Access by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
  • Jurisdiction: These Terms apply to customers who are resident in, or ordinarily located in, the United Kingdom. If you are located outside the UK, different terms may apply and you must ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Website.
  • Single account: You may hold only one Account with the Website. Multiple, duplicate or linked Accounts (including those created to circumvent restrictions, limits or self-exclusion) are not permitted and may be closed, with Bonuses forfeited and, where justified, winnings voided.
  • Prohibited persons: Employees of ProgressPlay Limited, its group companies, white-label partners, associated marketing partners and their immediate family members are not permitted to use the Website for real-money gambling.

Account Creation and Verification (KYC)

  • Registration details: When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and other details requested on the registration form.
  • Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link sent to you. The Operator may restrict or suspend access to certain services until your email is verified.
  • Identity verification: The Operator is legally required to verify your identity and age before allowing you to gamble. You agree to provide KYC documents upon request, which may include, without limitation, a copy of your passport or ID card, proof of address, and payment method documentation.
  • Enhanced checks and SOF: In line with UKGC and anti-money laundering requirements, and informed by regulatory experience including a UKGC settlement in May 2022 relating to social responsibility and AML controls, the Operator may perform enhanced due diligence and Source of Funds checks, particularly where you deposit or wager significant amounts (for example, around or above £2,000 in short periods). During such checks, your Account may be temporarily restricted or suspended until the checks are completed.
  • Failure to verify: If you fail to provide requested documents, provide incomplete or misleading information, or otherwise prevent the Operator from completing KYC or SOF checks, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, return any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to legal and regulatory requirements) and withhold Bonuses and associated winnings.

  • Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration and contact information accurate and up to date at all times. You must promptly update your Account details if your name, address, payment details or other relevant information change.
  • Login credentials: You must keep your username, password and any other security credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted on your Account using your login details.

  • Self-exclusion and GamStop: The Website participates in the UK GamStop self-exclusion scheme. If you register with GamStop using details that match your Account, or if you request self-exclusion directly on the Website, your access will be restricted in accordance with regulatory requirements. You must ensure that the personal details you provide to GamStop are accurate and match those on your Account.
  • Support: If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should use the Responsible Gambling Tools, consider registering with GamStop, and seek help from recognised UK support organisations such as BeGambleAware or others recommended by the Website.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules of Play

  • Game rules: Each Game available on the Website is governed by its own rules, paytables and specific conditions, which are accessible within the Game interface. By placing a Bet on a Game, you agree to be bound by those rules as well as these Terms.
  • Randomness and results: The outcome of Games not involving a live dealer is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or similar technology. Game results displayed on your screen are final and conclusive once recorded on the Operator's systems, subject only to manifest error or technical malfunction.
  • RTP information: The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for Games are generally provided in the Game help or information section. The Website may not list RTPs for every Game in the lobby; you must access individual Game help files to view RTP details.

Placing Bets

  • Funding requirements: You may place Bets only using funds that are already credited to your Account's Real Money Balance or, where permitted by specific promotion rules, your Bonus Balance.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum Bet limits as specified in the Game rules. You must not attempt to place Bets outside these limits.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed when it is accepted by the Operator's servers and confirmed in your Game history. If a Bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue or disconnection, it will not be considered valid.
  • Currency: For UK players, all Bets, deposits, withdrawals and account balances are denominated in pounds sterling (£).

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • No cancellation by player: Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed, you cannot cancel, revoke or modify it, except where specific Game rules expressly allow for such actions.
  • Operator's right to void: The Operator may void or adjust Bets and winnings where:
    • Games malfunction or fail to operate as intended;
    • obvious errors occur in odds, paytables or Game operation;
    • you or a third party have engaged in fraud, collusion, use of bots, exploitation of bugs, or any other prohibited conduct; or
    • the Bet has been placed in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Malfunction: In the event of a Game or system malfunction, all affected Bets may be voided and any associated stakes will be refunded to your Real Money Balance. Malfunctions of hardware or software invalidate all affected Bets and payouts.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Respectful behaviour: You must treat other players, live dealers and support staff with respect and must not use offensive, abusive, discriminatory or harassing language in any chat or communication channels.
  • Prohibition of collusion and cheating: You must not collude with other players or attempt to gain an unfair advantage through cheating, use of automated tools, sharing of card information or any other improper conduct.
  • Moderation: The Operator reserves the right to monitor and moderate chat and communication channels, remove offensive content, temporarily or permanently restrict chat access, and suspend or close Accounts in cases of repeated or severe misconduct.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Supplementary rules: Bonuses and promotions are subject both to these Terms and to specific promotional or Bonus terms displayed on the Website at the time the Bonus is offered. In case of conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be restricted based on your location, payment method, Account history or other criteria. The Operator may refuse, limit or withdraw Bonuses at its discretion where required for regulatory or risk reasons.
  • Single use: Unless clearly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed only once per person, household, IP address, payment method, device or shared environment (e.g. internet café, workplace).

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Activation: Some Bonuses are credited automatically when qualifying criteria are met (for example, making a qualifying first deposit), while others must be actively claimed, such as by entering a Bonus code or opting in on the promotions page.
  • Wagering: Bonus funds and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion (for example, wagering the Bonus amount or the Bonus plus deposit a stated number of times) before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and contributions may differ between Game types.
  • Time limits: Bonuses are usually subject to time limits (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days from activation). If you do not meet the wagering requirements within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be removed from your Account.
  • Bonus and Real Money order: Unless stated otherwise, your Real Money Balance is used first for Bets. Once Real Money is exhausted, Bets may be placed from your Bonus Balance, in which case additional restrictions and wagering rules apply.

Prohibited Games and Betting Patterns

  • Restricted Games: Certain Games or Game categories may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate. Details are set out in the specific Bonus terms or Bonus policy.
  • Irregular play: The following conduct may be considered irregular play and may lead to forfeiture of Bonuses and associated winnings and, in serious cases, Account closure:
    • placing low-risk bets or hedged bets with minimal exposure for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements;
    • placing large Bets from a Bonus Balance and then reducing stake size significantly after a large win;
    • using multiple Accounts or acting in concert with other players to exploit promotions; or
    • playing on restricted Games or using strategies explicitly prohibited in the Bonus terms.

Combination of Promotions and Bonus Abuse

  • No automatic combination: Unless expressly allowed in the specific terms, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time.
  • Bonus cancellation: You may usually request cancellation of an active Bonus through your Account or by contacting customer support. If you cancel a Bonus, you will lose the Bonus amount and any winnings derived from it, unless the Operator is required by law or regulation to return part or all of those funds.
  • Bonus abuse: If the Operator reasonably believes that you have abused or attempted to abuse a Bonus, promotion or any aspect of the Website (including by circumventing eligibility criteria, using multiple Accounts, or exploiting Game defects), it may:
    • remove active and future Bonuses;
    • void related winnings and adjust your Account balance; and
    • suspend or close your Account and report suspected misconduct to relevant authorities where required.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Limits

  • Accepted methods (UK, as of 2025): For UK players, the Website supports deposits via Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Pay Via Phone, Trustly, EcoPayz and Apple Pay (deposit only). Cryptocurrency deposits are not currently offered to UK players.
  • Minimum deposits: Typical minimum deposits (as of 2025) are:
    • Visa/Mastercard: £10;
    • PayPal: £10;
    • Pay Via Phone: £10;
    • Trustly: £10;
    • EcoPayz: £20;
    • Apple Pay: the minimum shown on the deposit page at the time of use.
    The Operator may adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits and will reflect any changes on the Website.
  • Deposit fees: For most methods (Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Trustly, EcoPayz, Apple Pay), no deposit fee is charged by the Operator as of 2025. Pay Via Phone deposits may incur a fee of around 15% which is deducted from the amount credited; additional charges may be imposed by your phone provider.
  • Payment processing: Card transactions for the Website may be processed by Babaloo Limited, acting as a payment processor and handling card data on behalf of the Operator.

Withdrawals, Fees and Processing Times

  • Verification before withdrawal: Before processing any withdrawal, the Operator may require completion of KYC and Source of Funds checks. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where such checks are outstanding or incomplete.
  • Minimum withdrawals and fees (UK, as of 2025): Unless otherwise stated:
    • Minimum withdrawal: £10 via Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Trustly and EcoPayz;
    • Withdrawal fee: a fixed fee of approximately £2.50 may be charged per withdrawal transaction.
    The Operator may modify withdrawal thresholds and fees from time to time in compliance with applicable regulation and will display the current details on the Website.
  • Processing times (indicative, as of 2025): Subject to approval and completion of any required checks, typical timeframes are:
    • Visa/Mastercard: approximately 3-5 Business Days;
    • PayPal: approximately 2-3 Business Days;
    • Trustly: approximately 1-2 Business Days;
    • EcoPayz: approximately 2 Business Days.
    Actual times may vary based on your bank, payment provider, verification status and other factors.
  • Pending periods and weekends: Withdrawals may be subject to a pending period before processing. As payments are seldom processed on weekends or public holidays, withdrawal requests submitted on Friday evenings, weekends or holidays may not be reviewed until the next Business Day.
  • Payment method policy: Where reasonably possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same method used to deposit. If that is not feasible, the Operator may require an alternative method, subject to regulatory and security checks.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

  • Deposits final: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for gambling. In exceptional circumstances (such as technical errors or confirmed unauthorised use), the Operator may, at its discretion and subject to legal obligations, consider a refund of unused funds.
  • Chargebacks: You must not request a chargeback or reversal of a legitimate transaction. If you do so, the Operator may:
    • deduct the amount of the chargeback and any associated fees from your Account balance;
    • void winnings related to the charged-back funds; and
    • close or suspend your Account and report the matter to relevant authorities and payment providers.
  • Erroneous credits: If funds are credited to your Account in error, you must notify the Operator immediately. The Operator may reverse such transactions and adjust your Account balance accordingly. If you withdraw funds that were credited in error, you must repay those funds upon request.

Dormant Accounts

  • Dormancy trigger: If your Account shows no login or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months, it may be classified as dormant.
  • Dormant account fee (as of 2025): Once your Account becomes dormant, the Operator may charge a monthly fee of £5 or 5% of the Account balance, whichever is higher, until the balance is depleted or the Account becomes active again. No fee will be charged if the balance is zero.
  • Notice: Where reasonably possible, the Operator will provide prior notice (for example, via email or on-site notifications) before starting to charge dormant account fees.
  • Reactivation: You may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in or contacting customer support. Dormant account fees already charged are not normally refundable, unless required by law.

Bonus Funds and Withdrawals

  • Bonus-to-cash conversion: Winnings generated from Bonus funds may be transferred to your Real Money Balance only once all applicable wagering and other conditions have been met and subject to any maximum conversion limits stated in the Bonus terms.
  • Withdrawals with active Bonuses: If you request a withdrawal while a Bonus is active, the Operator may treat this as a request to cancel the Bonus, resulting in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, unless the specific Bonus terms provide otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fair operation of Games: The Operator is responsible for ensuring that Games offered on the Website are provided by reputable suppliers and that the underlying systems (including RNGs where applicable) are operated in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.
  • Accuracy of results: The Operator uses reasonable care to ensure that Game results are recorded accurately and that your Account balance reflects the outcome of completed Games.

    • the amount of the Bet placed by you on that Game; or
    • where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the lesser of your net deposits over the previous three months or £1,000,
    unless a higher amount is mandatorily required by applicable law.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.
  • Gambling risk: You acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred. The Operator does not provide financial or legal advice and does not guarantee that you will win any amounts.
